Switch to us
If you’re not happy with your existing agent’s letting service and would like to benefit from our extensive experience and coverage, we’ve made it as easy as we can for you to switch to Romans.
Talk to us
Let us know in plenty of time when your current contract is due to end, as this will enable us to prepare our paperwork, marketing material and organise an advertising schedule for you in advance.
Contact your local branch manager for more information.
You don't have to wait
You can terminate your current agreement with your agent, but check how much notice you need to give them, which will be in your agreement. Click here to download a termination letter as a Word document. Once you have completed it send it to your agent. Once your notice period is over you are free to appoint a new agent, if your property has a tenant residing in we are also able to take over the management of the property and therefore it is not necessary to wait till the end of the current tenancy.
Do read and consider the terms of your contract
It is important you check the terms to ensure you are not liable for dual fees. We are happy to advise you free of charge on another agent’s agreement if you would like us to – simply email your current agreement to your local branch manager.
