  I felt that the lettings team were good but Seirian especially she was amazing and a bit fantastic really (hence getting an excellent!!!), All moving in and all paper work was done quick and pain free, shame about my telly though but that was not Romans fault and this was sorted on Tuesday just gone. I would definitely use Romans again which is a surprise as never really liked Romans up until now (this is only because I worked for Richard Worth in Wokingham for 4 years in 2001, call it brain washed, Prospects close 2nd in the dislikes). So yeah all good no issues, and in a couple of years I will have no issues buying through and then selling through yourselves.

  We were very pleased with the service we received when selling our property with Romans Wokingham. We decided to contact Romans to value our property as we bought the property through them a few years ago. We initially had our property valued in April but decided against selling at the point, asking the valuer Michael, to follow up with us in 2-3 months as we would be more likely to be in a position to progress at that point. Michael did exactly that and we put our property on the market with him. We had a viewing arranged within 24 hours of signing the contract which resulted in an offer, and a further 5 viewings over the next week, leading to 2 further offers, one of which we accepted. To sell our house within a week was amazing. Michael was very helpful during the negotiations on the offer and since we accepted the offer. We have also had support from the Move Management team at Romans in getting contracts exchanged etc which has been very helpful. I would certainly recommend Romans due to the high level of service.

  Michael, Matthew and Natalie did an amazing job with the sale of my home. I was pleased with the speed with which Romans found prospective buyers and the eventual sale price. I was kept informed of progress and I feel the team were very professional and efficient. I have also rented my property through Romans and was very happy with the service from my property manager, Kelly in Wokingham. On many occasions she has gone above and beyond with incredible service. I would highly recommend both services from Romans.

  Romans Wokingham sold our house in 8 days - 3 offers, all above the asking price. Matthew and his team were clearly very pro-active - setting the price to sell in the prevailing conditions, marketing and selling, then bringing people to view. Once the sale was agreed, Natalie the Move Manager has worked to progress both parties to exchange of contracts despite administrative delays on the other side, in addition Romans Conveyancing covered the contract and process quickly and effectively.   We selected Romans of Wokingham because of their recent track record of selling property in our area. We found their approach very professional and helpful and they showed a good understanding of our specific requirements and timescales. We were very pleased that they delivered what was agreed on time and we were kept informed at each step of the process. Once the sale was agreed we were introduced to their Moves Manager to help with the completion of the sale. We found this service very helpful and effective. We would recommend Romans to anyone who was selling their home.

  Having moved around quite a bit over the past few years, we had become used to some unreliable, uncaring and, in one case, dishonest estate agents. We have therefore been pleasantly surprised by the service we have received from Romans in Wokingham throughout the whole of the process of buying our house.   We decided to put our house on the market in September and after consulting a number of estate agents decided to market the property through Romans in Wokingham. We received excellent advice on how to market the property and on setting a realistic selling price. The marketing and viewing strategy were spot on, and the follow up service to ensure closure of the sale was very professional.
